1. Service scope
Shiftwa provides an unofficial WhatsApp gateway, dashboard, API, inbox, automation, broadcast, and integration tooling. You connect WhatsApp numbers you control through the dashboard. Shiftwa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WhatsApp or Meta.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your workspace, API keys, paired numbers, webhooks, and users. Keep credentials secret, rotate compromised keys, and make sure each connected number is authorized for your business use.
3. Acceptable use
You may send transactional messages, support replies, operational notifications, and opt-in customer communication. You may not use Shiftwa for spam, scams, illegal content, impersonation, harassment, credential theft, or cold non-consented blasting.
4. Broadcast and automation
Broadcast and automation features are intended for contacts who have a legitimate relationship with you or have opted in. You must honor opt-outs and blacklist requests. We may throttle, pause, or suspend sending that creates abuse signals or risks WhatsApp bans.
5. Plans, limits, and fair use
Plan limits cover connected numbers, monthly messages, AI replies, campaign recipients, webhooks, retention windows, and throughput. Unlimited plans remain subject to fair-use controls, anti-abuse review, and infrastructure protection.
6. Data and privacy
We process message metadata, message bodies, media, contacts, and operational logs only as needed to provide the service, debug delivery, and meet retention rules. Message bodies are automatically redacted after your plan's retention window, and CS conversations are automatically deleted from the live inbox when a per-number auto-delete window is configured — delivery metadata is kept for audit. AI chatbot features may send conversation text to the configured AI provider. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Availability and delivery
WhatsApp delivery depends on device connectivity, sender health, WhatsApp behavior, recipient availability, and third-party infrastructure. Shiftwa queues and retries where appropriate, but does not guarantee that every message will be delivered.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or limit workspaces, numbers, campaigns, webhooks, or API keys that violate these terms, harm platform reliability, create legal risk, or show abuse patterns.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, surfaced in the dashboard.
