Summary of intent

Shiftwa provides a WhatsApp gateway API. You bring your own WhatsApp numbers and pair them via QR; we operate the routing, monitoring, and alerting layer.

You agree to send only messages you have a legitimate reason to send (transactional, opt-in marketing, or operator notifications) and to comply with WhatsApp's own commerce and acceptable use policies. Misuse — spam, scams, or numbers operating outside applicable law — leads to immediate suspension.

Quotas, throughput, and number limits depend on your active plan and reset monthly. We may pause delivery if a sender is flagged by WhatsApp or by our health monitoring, and we'll surface that in the dashboard.

We don't inspect message content beyond what's required to route and audit delivery; full data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
